Presiding Apostle Dr. Jean Flannagan (Dr. Jean) earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Virginia State Universtiy.  She also studied  at The Bible Way Training School, Evangelical Teachers Association, Rhema Correrspondence Bible School in Tulsa, OK; Virginia Tech University and Christian Center Ministries in Alexandria, Va.

 

Dr. Jean, taught Mathematics for 17 1/2 years in the State of VA. She had a prision ministry at Fairfax County Jail. Further, she also served as Treasurer of Northern VA Area Board, Women’s Aglow Fellowship, Inc., and held the offices of President and Treasurer of the Reston Aglow chapter.

 

Being a studious Woman of God, she received several degrees from Christian Life School of Theology(CLST), to include: A Master of Theology, Master  of Divinity, Doctorate of Divinity, Doctorate of Ministry and  a Doctorate of Theology.  Dr. Jean served on the Board of Directors for CLST and Beacon University for many years.

 

Dr. Jean served as Pastor of Endtime Tabernacle for 24 years with her late husband Bishop James Flannagan Jr.  Also she diligently seeks to do the will of God, and has been commissioned by God to set over, establish and support various ministries. Seventeen ministers have been ordained to the Gospel Ministry under her leadership.

 

She has traveled extensively both nationally and internationally sharing the Word of God with the Nations. Dr. Jean loves spending time in the Presence of the Lord, and seeing the Awesome Signs, Wonders and Miracles He Performs.
